Here are some helpful answers to questions about People, Places and Things.

People:
Children
under 12 are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.

People with disabilities will find a wheelchair/disabled person Passenger
Loading/Unloading area located at the Main Entrance to the Festival.
Wheelchair accessible shuttle buses will be available to bring you from
downtown Idyllwild. Jazz in the Pines makes every effort to accommodate
all handicapped attendees. The event does take place in the mountains in a
forested area and includes uneven ground. Contact 951 500 4090 for
additional information.

People who smoke may do so only in designated smoking areas.

People who need first aid will be taken to the First Aid Station staffed by
trained nurses. Certified EMT’s will be on the grounds during the festival.

Pets are considered people by many of us. However, only Companion
Dogs accompanying disabled persons are permitted.

People who want more information about Jazz in the Pines, Idyllwild Arts
Academy, or the Idyllwild area may receive assistance at the Associates of
Idyllwild Arts headquarters right next to the French Quarter.

People who lose things or get lost may find themselves or their things at
the designated Lost and Found at the Main Gate.
